Hi, I’m Vivian.
I founded People Fluency because I kept seeing the same thing: great startups with great products hitting a wall because their people infrastructure couldn’t keep up with their ambitions.
I’ve spent 8+ years as a People Ops operator inside high-growth startups - scaling teams from the ground up, building global HR infrastructure, and navigating the compliance complexity that comes with hiring across boarders. Before going independent, I did this work at Postman, ClassDojo, Aptos Labs, and others.
